Alfred is the youngest Indian chef ever to receive a Michelin star and credited with elevating British Indian cuisine through his use of seasonal and locally available ingredients. With a welcome drink on arrival followed by delicious dishes including Old Delhi butter chicken, succulent duck vindaloo and paneer butter masala, alongside classic sides and tasty small bites.
